UPI auto-debit, GST-compliant invoices, RBI 2024 tokenisation, NEP 2020 reporting, CBSE/ICSE/state board calendars, monsoon-grade offline sync, and 11 Indian languages on the parent app are not features we tacked on โ they were the first commits. We test on a Realme C55 with 2 bars of 4G in a Tier-3 town because that is what 60% of Indian parents actually use to log in.
Every institution that signs up gets a named implementation manager from our Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, or Hyderabad office for the full 14-day rollout. We migrate the data, train the staff, and stay on a daily call until your first fee cycle clears. We do not subcontract this to third-party partners. If something goes wrong on day 12, you call Priya in our Koramangala office, not a ticket queue.
Every new module ships with DPDP 2023 controls turned ON, audit logging enabled, and the smallest possible default permission set. A new admin clerk cannot see medical records, a class teacher cannot see fee balances, and a transport coordinator cannot see academic marks unless an explicit role grant is created. Privacy is the default state, not a setting a careful principal has to remember to toggle.
Admissions, fees, academics, HR, payroll, transport, hostel, library, parent app, and reports all sit on the same database with the same student record. No CSV exports between modules, no nightly sync jobs, no duplicate IDs. When a student is promoted to Grade 8 in academics, transport routes, fee plans, and hostel allocations update in the same transaction. One platform, one source of truth, every single time.
We are deliberately distributed across four metros so that no customer is more than a same-day flight from a senior AskCampus operator. Engineering still concentrates in Bengaluru, but go-to-market and support sit close to the institutions they serve.
